J.O.I. Community Outreach (Jump On It) specifically unites youth and their families under the auspices of live national & local entertainment. It is an experience that highlights the arts as well as the availability of valuable health & educational resources. Our mission is to rebuild the fabric of Austin’s DIVERSE community while creating a platform to educate and prepare tomorrow’s leaders! Youth from Parks & Recreation programs, City of Austin Summer Youth Employment and local teens and adults are taught financial literacy, life skills & successful character building. Youth are mentored by college & professional athletes as well as numerous community leaders that included the Police Activities League Program (PAL), Six Square Cultural District, Carver Museum, 10,000 Fearless First Responders, Travis County, The City of Austin Health Department and many more.
